November is the perfect time to stop and give thanks for our families and many blessings. We at Mom Corps Dallas have a lot to be thankful for this year!
Here’s what we love about Dallas in November, albeit a little late! We will be sure to post December’s in time to share information about the Children’s Medical Center’s Holiday Parade and more!
But for now, highlights of happenings for the rest of this month:
How the Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical, beginning November 19 – The record-setting Broadway holiday sensation, which features the hit songs “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch” and “Welcome Christmas” from the original animated special, makes its Fort Worth debut at the Bass Performance Hall.
The Trains at NorthPark, beginning November 23 – are sure to delight young and old. All aboard!
The 50th Anniversary of his Death: Honoring the Memory of President John F. Kennedy, November 22 – Don’t have a ticket to the event at Dealey Plaza? Watch the live stream from various downtown locations.
The 46th Annual YMCA Turkey Trot sponsored by Capital One Bank, November 28 – We’re thankful for a terrific lineup! Put your running shoes on and meet us at the Dallas City Hall.
After your morning run and Thanksgiving dinner, join the Dallas Cowboys as they meet up against the Oakland Raiders. Halftime headliner, Selena Gomez, helps the Salvation Army kick off it’s 123rd Red Kettle Campaign. Game time is 3:30 p.m
And then there is Black Friday shopping if you dare!
To you and yours, we wish you the happiest of Thanksgivings!
What did we miss? Let us know!
