Dallas Right Now

Spring has come early in North Texas. We love this weather and can’t wait to spend time with our children over spring break! Can you believe it is that time of year again?

So many fun events and activities in our great community this month. Here are just a few things we love about Dallas in March:

Artscape – Delight in the joy of spring at the Arboretum as Artscape’s fine art show and sale brings outstanding artists from around the country together for this annual event.

Deep Sea Sleepover – Exhibit scavenger hunt and Sea Rex IMAX® round out this night of discovery at the Museum of Nature & Science.

Greenville Avenue St. Patrick’s Day Parade – The 33rd Annual Greenville Avenue St. Patrick’s Day Parade brings thousands together along the 2-mile route in one of the most celebrated St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in North Texas history.

Dallas Kids Expo – Family fun with interactive games, hands-on learning, educational workshops, exhibitor booths, Thomas (the train) and Friends and giveaways. Free if you bring a jar of peanut butter (donated to North Texas food bank).

Spring Break Family Experiences – Enjoy a fun-filled week of art-making activities, family tours and story times in the galleries. Families can also expand their creativity with sketching in the galleries, relax while watching a family film or try out a robotics workshop!

One last thing, moms don’t forget … Not necessarily something that we “love” in March but it must be done … it is time to sign up for summer camps!
